August 2026
This help centre. Written from the ground up, covering every feature and workflow. If something you need is missing or unclear, tell us and it gets written.
Signature progress on annual accounts cycles. A cycle out for signature now shows how many people have signed, who has not, and how long the request has been outstanding, instead of showing only that it was waiting.
Recovering declined signatures. A declined or voided resolution used to leave a cycle with no way forward. Board resolutions can now be corrected and sent again. Recovery for declined shareholder resolutions is still in progress, and until it ships we can move an affected cycle on for you. See Track signatures, and what to do when one is declined.
Clearer wording throughout. A pass over the product's language: one word for a bookkeeping record, "Board of Managers" and "Shareholder" written out in full rather than abbreviated, and engineering terms removed from anything an accountant reads.

Firm memory. Spyral now learns from the corrections your team makes. Fix something while reviewing it and the correction applies immediately. See How Spyral learns from your corrections.
Projects. Projects can be linked to companies, so the work and the entity it concerns sit together.
Password reset and account security. Self-service password reset, and an alert when a password changes.
Email redesign. Every email Spyral sends was rebuilt on one consistent layout, in five languages.
