What Spyral does
Spyral is an AI workspace for fiduciary firms. It handles Luxembourg annual accounts, eCDF filing, document intelligence and bookkeeping.
Spyral is a workspace for fiduciary and accounting firms working with Luxembourg entities. It keeps your client documents, the companies they belong to, and the annual accounts cycle for each of those companies in one place.
What you can do with it
Keep every client document in one library. Upload a document and Spyral reads it, works out what kind of document it is, and links it to the company it concerns. Scanned paper is read with OCR, so a photographed RCS extract is searchable in the same way a native PDF is.
Run the Luxembourg annual accounts cycle. Import a company from its RCS extract and Spyral creates the company record, its managers and its share capital. From there you configure the cycle, generate the board and shareholder resolutions, send them for signature, and download the filing package.
File with eCDF. Spyral produces the eCDF XML for the balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the chart of accounts, and checks it against the official filing rules before you download it.
Keep the books. Journal entries are posted automatically from the documents you upload, against the Luxembourg standard chart of accounts. You review them, correct anything that is wrong, and export the ledger.
Ask questions about your documents. Spyral answers from the documents your team has uploaded, and shows you which document each answer came from.
What Spyral does not do
Being clear about the edges saves time later.
- Spyral does not submit anything to the LBR or the RCS. It produces the filing package and the eCDF file. You file them.
- Spyral does not give tax or legal advice. It tells you what it has done and flags what needs attention. Deciding what is correct remains your firm's judgement.
- Spyral is not a fund administration system. It works with the entities a fiduciary administers, including the holding structures underneath a fund, but it does not calculate NAV or handle investor reporting.
